I love aromatherapy sprays so much!!! They make you and/or your room smell amazing and you get the aromatherapy benefits as well. This Simmer Down aromatherapy spray will help you relax as well as ease anxiety & anger. It is also my personal favorite scent combination ever. It also has other aromatherapy benefits (see below).
Just shake and spray on your skin or into the air whenever you’d like. Can also be sprayed on curtains, bedding, carpets, etc…(always do a spot test in a hidden area to be sure it won’t damage materials, though we’ve never had an issue). One of my favorite ways to use them is to spray into my hands, rub them together and then inhale.
